At Custom Bling by Rhonda, we take pride in creating beautiful, personalized products made especially for you. Your satisfaction is important to us!

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom-made and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or personal preference.

This includes:

• Custom rhinestone T-shirts and hoodies

• Personalized tumblers and mugs

• Customized gifts and accessories

• Made-to-order and personalized apparel

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review your concern and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy.

Non-Custom Products

Eligible non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

For approved returns involving a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

If we made an error or the product arrived damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is necessary.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
